2026 Ontario Summer English Program: Registration Form

How to prepare?

This form is intended only for participants in the Ontario Summer English Program (OSEP) for youth aged 16–17, during the following sessions:

June 29 to July 17, 2026 (3 weeks)
July 20 to August 7, 2026 (3 weeks)

Please read the entire form carefully.

We strongly recommend completing this form using a computer or tablet (the use of a mobile phone is not recommended).

Before you begin filling out the form, please have the following ready:

A copy of a photo ID
Your travel insurance information (note: if you have not yet obtained travel insurance, you may provide the details later)
Any relevant information regarding accommodation needs or medical conditions, if applicable

How to pay?

After submitting the form, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page. Please be patient, as the page may take a few moments to load.

From this page, you will be able to:

Pay the registration deposit of $1,000 CAD before May 15, 2026*.
Pay the remaining balance of $4,100 CAD before May 31, 2026*.
Pay the refundable security deposit** of $250 CAD before May 31, 2026*.

*Registrations submitted after the dates above may still be accepted, if spaces remain available, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact our team at immersion@glendon.yorku.ca to confirm availability.

**The security deposit may be retained in part or in full in the event of damage to university property or facilities, loss of the residence key or access card, or other related charges incurred.

How to request a refund?

The program fee of $5,100 CAD and the $250 CAD security deposit are refundable according to the following conditions:

Refund request deadline for the June 29 to July 17, 2026 session:
June 20, 2026*
Refund request deadline for the July 20 to August 7, 2026 session:
July 11, 2026*

After the deadlines listed above, only the $250 CAD** security deposit will be refundable. The $1,000 CAD registration deposit and the $4,100 CAD program fee will be fully retained.

**The security deposit may be retained in part or in full in the event of damage to university property, loss of the residence key or access card, or other related charges incurred.

Parental/Guardian Authorization

Most activities in the Ontario Summer English Program (OSEP) are mandatory and supervised. However, free time is also included in the program schedule. During this time, participants are required to remain on campus at all times.
Participants in the program are not permitted to leave the campus without the supervision of monitors, instructors, or program staff. All participants must strictly follow the curfew schedule (10:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday). The program is not responsible for any events or accidents that may occur off campus.
The parent or guardian, or the designated adult, must present themselves at the administrative office during office hours (before 5:00 p.m.) to sign the participant out of the program. The participant must report their return to campus to both the office and the monitor on duty.
