2026 Ontario Summer English Program: Fees

The security deposit may be retained in part or in full in the event of damage to university property, loss of the residence key or access card, or other costs incurred.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility Conditions

The registration deposit (CAD $1,000) and program fees (CAD $4,100) are refundable according to the following terms and conditions. The deadline for requesting a refund for the session from:

June 29 to July 17, 2026: June 20, 2026*
July 20 to August 7, 2026: July 11, 2026*

After the deadlines indicated above, only the security deposit is refundable. The registration deposit and programme fees will be retained in full.

*We will accept registrations after the above dates, if places are available, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact our team at immersion@glendon.yorku.ca to confirm availability.
