Destination Clic program.
This session is for participants grades 8 to 10.

This form may take up to 30 minutes to complete. Note that the form does not have an auto-save feature, so be sure to complete it in one session to avoid losing your progress. We highly recommend filling out the following form using a computer or a laptop.

Carefully read and complete all sections of the online registration form found below, and pay the registration fee and security deposit.

Our aim in soliciting this information is to ensure that participants are equipped with the supports and resources needed to succeed during their time at Glendon Destination Clic. This information will allow us to provide optimal assistance in the event of an emergency.

Program Agreement

This agreement applies to the Destination Clic Program offered at Glendon Campus, York University, for participants in grades 8 to 10. The purpose of this agreement is to foster a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment that supports cultural exchange, educational growth, and language acquisition. This program is designed to offer an immersive experience that not only enhances language skills but also encourages self-exploration, personal development, and a deeper understanding of diverse cultures.
We ask that all participants commit to engaging with these core aspects of the program. If your intention is not to embrace the opportunities for cultural learning, self-reflection, and educational development, we kindly request that you reconsider your enrollment. This experience is as much about personal discovery as it is about language learning, and your active participation in this journey is vital to creating a positive and meaningful experience for all.
As a reminder, the Glendon Destination Clic program is designed to provide a comprehensive linguistic and cultural learning experience. Through ongoing efforts, the program will offer a variety of excursions, activities, and programming tailored to educational and linguistic objectives. Furthermore, all activities, programming, and excursions must be accessible to participants from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, in alignment with the program’s status as an Official Languages Program supported by a government bursary.
By agreeing to the conditions outlined below, you help contribute to a supportive and transformative learning environment for everyone involved. Any violation or failure to adhere to these conditions may result in a participant being sent home and excluded from completing the program.

Program Conditions

Any one of the following will constitute sufficient cause for dismissal from the program:

Refusal to engage in the target language is unacceptable and is subject to dismissal from the program. The target language is to be consistently used throughout the duration of the program.

Once a participant has had three language warnings and has engaged in discussions regarding use of their target language with the Head/Assistant-Head Monitor, Program Coordinator and/or Program Director, they may be subject to dismissal from the program.

2.^*
Attendance at all classes, workshops, seminars, and program activities and events is mandatory. Failure to attend said activities is deemed unacceptable and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.

2.1.^*
A Certificate of Program Completion will not be conferred upon participants absent from more than six mandatory program activities, including morning classes, afternoon seminars and workshops, and mandatory evening and weekend events and activities. Each compulsory program component missed will count towards the participant's six absences. Should a participant exceed the allowed limit of six absences under any of these conditions, the participant will be dismissed from the program and required to return home at their own expense.

2.2.^*
Any absences or instances of conflicting commitments that interfere with the program’s scheduled classes, workshops, seminars, and mandatory evening and weekend events and activities will be considered official absences. This includes foreseen circumstances such as other academic classes or employment, and unforeseen circumstances such as illness, personal matters, or other emergencies. Should a participant exceed the allowable limit of six absences under any of these conditions, the participant will be dismissed from the program and required to return home at their own expense.

2.3.^*
Glendon Destination Clic will notify participants and their parents/guardians when a participant is approaching the maximum allowable number of absences and may be at risk of forfeiting their certificate of completion.

3.^*
Any conduct by an Destination Clic participant characterized by disrespect, irresponsibility, disruption, lack of cooperation, or harassment towards any individual is strictly prohibited.

3.1.^*
Acts of harassment, bullying (including cyberbullying), dissemination of gossip, use of inappropriate language, or engagement in slander, whether overtly or covertly, are deemed unacceptable. This encompasses inappropriate written communications via social media platforms, text messages, email, as well as postings in public areas of the campus such as classroom whiteboards or blackboards, public bulletin boards, washrooms, common spaces in campus facilities or residence halls, among others. Instances of sexual harassment will be addressed in accordance with York University’s Policy on Sexual Violence, accessible via this link: https://thecentre.yorku.ca/policy-and-process/

A strict zero-tolerance policy regarding all forms of violence, inclusive of verbal, physical, and sexual violence, shall be enforced. Participants found to engage in violent behaviour will be promptly expelled from the program.

Inflicting damage upon property or engaging in acts of vandalism against all York University premises, including those of the Glendon Campus, inclusive of public areas on campus, vegetation, residential facilities, and communal spaces, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition extends to the damaging or vandalizing of personal belongings or possessions of others throughout the program duration.

Any act of vandalism by an Destination Clic participant, including but not limited to the intentional destruction, defacement, or damage of property, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This applies to all areas of York University campuses, including the Glendon Campus, and including outdoor spaces, residence areas, communal rooms, classrooms, and all common areas of the main campus buildings.

4.2.^*
Vandalism of a more severe nature, or repeated violations, may result in immediate dismissal from the program. The participant will be sent home without the opportunity to complete the program, and no refund will be issued.

4.3^*
Participants are expected to treat all residence rooms and communal areas of the residences, including common rooms, shared bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and laundry facilities, with respect and consideration. In addition to keeping these spaces clean, participants are expected to be mindful of noise levels and ensure their personal belongings do not clutter shared areas. Participants should clean up after using any common space, promptly report any issues to Destination Clic staff, and avoid obstructing hallways or other shared resources. In their own rooms, participants should maintain tidiness, monitor noise levels, etc. Disrespecting shared spaces or failing to be considerate of others’ needs may result in disciplinary action.

Participants are under no circumstances allowed access to or use of the kitchen facilities in the Glendon residences. This includes but is not limited to the use of facilities and the appliances, including but not limited to the stove, sink, microwave and fridge. Any unauthorized items found in the kitchens, including food found in fridges, may result in items being discarded without prior warning, and no refund will be provided.

The $250.00 security deposit paid by a participant upon registration may be retained should instances of property vandalism or other damage be identified throughout the duration of the program.

The Glendon Destination Clic residence room keys and residence access cards issued to participants at the beginning of the program are the sole responsibility of the participant. Keys and access cards are not to be loaned, transferred, or shared under any circumstances. Glendon reserves the right to charge fees for lost, damaged, or unreturned keys and access cards.

In the event that a residence room key is lost or damaged, the participant will incur a lost key fee of $175.00, to cover the cost of the lock rekeying and key replacement. This fee will be paid by the participant and/or their parent/guardian directly to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services. No new keys will be issued to a participant until all outstanding fees have been remitted. Payment can be made in person to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday. York University, including Glendon Destination Clic and Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services, will not be held liable for any losses that occur as a result of a room being left unlocked.

5.2.^*
If a residence room key is lost more than once, an additional $175.00 rekeying and key replacement fee will be charged for each instance. This fee will be paid by the participant and/or their parent/guardian directly to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services. No new keys will be issued to a participant until all outstanding fees have been remitted. Payment can be made in person to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday. Glendon Destination Clic and Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services will not be held liable for any losses that occur as a result of a room being left unlocked.

5.3.^*
If a residence access card is lost or damaged, the participant will incur a $30.00 replacement fee. This fee will be paid by the participant and/or their guardian directly to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services. A new residence access card will not be issued to a participant until all outstanding fees have been remitted. Payment can be made in person to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday.

If a residence access card is lost more than once, an additional $30.00 fee will be charged for each instance. This fee will be paid by the participant and/or their parent/guardian directly to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services. Payment can be made in person to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday.

5.5.^*
The residence room key and access card issued to each participant during the program are uniquely numbered and must match the participant’s assigned room. Upon departure, participants are required to return the exact key and access card provided to them during the program. Failure to return the residence room key or access card, or returning items that do not match those issued, will result in the following charges, which will be deducted from the participant’s security deposit: - Incorrectly numbered or unreturned residence room key: $175.00 per key - Incorrectly numbered or unreturned residence access card: $30.00 per access card

5.6.^*
Glendon Destination Clic reserves the right to enforce this policy and charge the participant accordingly for any lost, damaged, unreturned or incorrectly numbered residence room keys or residence access cards. Charges may be directly withheld from the participant’s security deposit.

6.^*
Use of cell phones or electronic devices during classes, seminars, workshops, and program-related activities is at the sole discretion of the Glendon Destination Clic program teachers, language monitors or administration.

6.1.^*
Cell phones or electronic devices must be put away when instructors, language monitors or staff are speaking or facilitating program activities to ensure a distraction-free environment. During unauthorized periods, excessive or inappropriate use of electronic devices – including but not limited to texting, phone calls, emailing, use of social media, or gaming – is strictly prohibited and may disrupt the program. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including temporary confiscation of devices during unauthorized periods, or dismissal from the program.

The possession and/or consumption of illegal drugs, non-prescription narcotics, and/or prescription medication for purposes other than those prescribed are strictly prohibited.

7.1.^*
It is prohibited for individuals under the age of 19 to possess or consume alcohol, as well as to supply alcohol to any person below the age of 19.

7.2.^*
Possession of open alcohol containers and/or alcohol contained in breakable containers in public areas within the campus and its residential facilities, including stairwells, hallways, washrooms, and elevators, is strictly prohibited.

For the safety, security, and comfort of all participants, bringing guests (defined as individuals not enrolled in the Glendon Destination Clic program) into the Glendon residences is strictly prohibited, with the exception of the designated move-in and move-out days. Guests are allowed only in common areas on campus, and not within individual or common residence spaces.

Guests (defined as individuals not enrolled in the Glendon Destination Clic program) are not permitted to participate in or attend scheduled program activities whether on or off campus, including organized excursions and trips, as well as programming or scheduled events. This ensures that Destination Clic participants can fully engage in the program experience without disruption to the program or concern for safety.

For reasons related to security and room capacity limitations, guests, including but not limited to parents and/or guardians, family members and friends, are not permitted to attend graduation ceremonies or other Glendon Destination Clic program events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a secure and respectful environment for all members of the program.

While mental health resources are available to support participants during their stay on campus, our program is not equipped to function as a crisis centre. Any crisis situations that arise will be escalated to emergency services, including hospital or police intervention, as necessary. If you believe your child may require crisis intervention during their participation at Glendon Destination Clic, we recommend that you carefully reconsider enrolling them in our program. A foreign environment may exacerbate symptoms and could hinder their well-being.

Throughout assessments, projects, in-class activities, presentations, and homework assignments, participants are expected to demonstrate honesty and responsibility in their academic endeavours, adhering strictly to York University’s policies on academic integrity and academic honesty. Any involvement in academic misconduct may result in immediate dismissal from the program. This encompasses excessive reliance on or misuse of translation tools (Google Translation, DeepL, etc.), as well as the utilization of artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for the generation of assignments or presentations, among other infractions.

Plagiarism is unequivocally prohibited and will warrant dismissal from the program.

13.1.^*
Packages will be picked up by Destination Clic staff once per day from the Glendon Mail Room. Participants are responsible for collecting their mail and/or packages from the Glendon Destination Clic office (room YH A112) promptly. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to retrieve their mail and packages, a friend and/or delegate cannot retrieve them on behalf of another participant. No exceptions will be made.

Glendon Destination Clic is not responsible for any issues related to mail carriers, lost packages, or missing items that do not arrive at the Glendon Campus or are not properly delivered to the Destination Clic office or the Glendon Mail Room.

13.2.1.^*
Please note that couriers do not deliver packages directly to residence rooms. As such, items addressed to participants in residence may get lost or misplaced, as mail carriers will not hesitate to leave them wherever they see fit, including in public residence lobbies or other areas of campus accessible by the public. This may result in lost packages and/or mail. Glendon Destination Clic will not be held accountable for lost packages.

Participants of the Glendon Destination Clic Program for grades 8 to 10 are not, under any circumstances, permitted to leave the Glendon campus unaccompanied. Participants must always be accompanied by a Glendon Destination Clic teacher, language monitor and/or staff when leaving the campus grounds.

14.1.^*
Participants may leave campus under parental or guardian supervision, provided the Destination Clic office has been notified in advance. When possible, it is preferable that a minimum of 2-business days’ notice be provided in writing to the Glendon Destination Clic office by parents and/or guardians. All participants leaving campus with a parent and/or guardian must abide by the sign-out and sign-in procedures in place. No exceptions will be made. Failure to abide by the sign-in and sign-out procedures may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.

Participants should not be signed out during mandatory program fulfilment hours, including times allocated to class, seminar and workshop, and mandatory evening activities. If a participant is absent from any mandatory program activities, they will accumulate an absence, per the attendance policy outlined in section 2.

Under no circumstances can a participant be picked up by a parent, guardian or other adult during an off-campus excursion or any sort of off-campus trip. Participants can only be signed out by a parent or guardian at the Glendon campus during the office hours of the Glendon Destination Clic office, per the specifications outlined in section 14.1.

15.^*
The $250.00 security deposit ensures that Destination Clic participants will be held accountable to cover any of the damages or losses outlined below to the York University campuses or residences, including those of the Glendon Campus.

15.1.^*
Any damages, lost property, or unnecessary service or cleaning costs caused by an Destination Clic participant to the residence, classrooms, facilities and/or property of York University, including the Glendon Campus, through neglect, accident or intent will be charged to the Destination Clic participant(s) involved.

15.2.^*
Where two Destination Clic participants occupy the same room in the residence buildings and responsibility for damage or loss in the room is attributed to both participants, the cost of damage or loss will be divided and assessed equally between the two bursary participants occupying the room.

15.3.^*
Where damage or loss occurs in the common areas of York University campuses, including the Glendon Campus, and the blame rests on the Destination Clic participants, the cost of damage or loss will be divided and assessed equally among all the Destination Clic participants, or those residing on specific floors, and deducted from their deposits if the assessed amount is less than $250.00 per participant. If the amount exceeds $250.00, participants will be billed for the difference. No issuing of final program certificates or transfer of files such as transcripts to schools or other academic institutions will be done until all money is collected.

15.4.^*
In the event of an emergency where the participant cannot make a payment on-site for transportation (e.g., Uber, taxi, Lyft, etc.) to and/or from the hospital or clinic, the $250.00 security deposit may be used to cover the cost of such transportation. The participant and/or their parent/guardian will be required to reimburse the transportation costs as soon as possible upon the participant’s return to campus, and any outstanding balances will be deducted from the security deposit at the conclusion of the program. If the amount exceeds the balance remaining on the security deposit, participants will be billed for the difference. No issuing of final program certificates or transfer of files such as program transcripts to other postsecondary or academic institutions will be done until all money is collected.

Unpaid costs for any lost, damaged, unreturned or incorrectly numbered residence room keys or residence access cards will be withheld from the $250.00 security deposit.

Payments can be made in person through debit card or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

The $250.00 security deposit will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment, provided no damage or additional fees have been incurred. Due to internal daily transaction and refund limits, please allow 8 to 12 weeks post-program for reimbursements to be processed.

The Glendon Destination Clic Program is committed to providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all York University staff, and Glendon Destination Clic participants. To maintain these standards, we adhere to a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, verbal or written, by parents and/or guardians toward any York University staff members, including but not limited to Glendon Destination Clic teachers, language monitors, administrative staff, cafeteria staff, housing staff and security staff, as well as other Glendon Destination Clic program participants. Parents and/or guardians of the Glendon Destination Clic program participants are to communicate with the program staff through appropriate channels, which may include email and scheduled phone calls during office hours.

Any form of harassment, verbal or written, whether over phone, email, social media, in-person communication or other means, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to threats of physical harm or damage to property, intimidating or coercive behaviour, unreasonable demands or expectations that disrupt the functioning of the program, disrespectful or derogatory language towards staff or participants, defamation of character, etc.

Glendon Destination Clic staff and team members are not obligated to respond to harassing or abusive communications. If a parent and/or guardian engages in harassing behaviour, staff members have the right to cease communication immediately whether by phone, email or in person, filter the individual’s email or phone number, escalate the issue to appropriate authorities or program leadership if necessary, and implement additional safety procedures to protect staff and Glendon Destination Clic participants from ongoing harassment. By participating in this program, I acknowledge that I am entering an area where photography, video recording, and audio recording may occur. I authorize York University’s Glendon Campus and its representatives to capture and use photographs, videos, and audio recordings of me. I further grant York University’s Glendon Campus the right to use, reproduce, display, broadcast, and distribute these recordings in any current or future media for promotional, public outreach, educational, and administrative purposes. All photographs, videos, and recordings will remain the property of York University’s Glendon Campus.

Note: If a participant is dismissed from the program for any reason, including but not limited to absenteeism in excess of the designated limits, behaviour issues, illness, injury, or other emergency situation, it is the responsibility of the parent and/or guardian to arrange for their child's return home within the designed 24-hour period. This includes ensuring someone is available to pick the participant up from the Glendon campus, or to receive them when they arrive at their home destination.

The conditions and policies outlined in this document are designed to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all participants in the Destination Clic Program while staying at York University’s Glendon Campus. These measures are put in place to protect both the participants and the facilities, promote responsible behaviour, and a safe and secure experience for all. By adhering to the policies and conditions, and with the help of participants' responsibility, respect, cooperation, and support; participants will be able to fully engage in and benefit from all that the immersive language program that is Glendon Destination Clic.

Housing Conditions

Inflicting damage upon property or engaging in acts of vandalism against all York University residences, including those on the Glendon Campus, is strictly prohibited. If a residence access card is lost or damaged, the participant will incur a $30.00 replacement fee. This fee will be paid by the participant and/or their guardian directly to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services. A new residence access card will not be issued to a participant until all outstanding fees have been remitted. If a residence access card is lost more than once, an additional $30.00 fee will be charged for each instance. This fee will be paid by the participant and/or their parent/guardian directly to Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services. The residence room key and access card issued to each participant during the program are uniquely numbered and must match the participant’s assigned room. Upon departure, participants are required to return the exact key and access card provided to them during the program. Failure to return the residence room key or access card, or returning items that do not match those issued, will result in the following charges, which will be deducted from the participant’s security deposit: - Incorrectly numbered or unreturned residence room key: $175.00 per key - Incorrectly numbered or unreturned residence access card: $30.00 per access card

Glendon Destination Clic reserves the right to enforce this policy and charge the participant accordingly for any lost, damaged, unreturned or incorrectly numbered residence room keys or residence access cards. Charges may be directly withheld from the participant’s security deposit.

For the safety, security, and comfort of all participants, bringing guests (defined as individuals not enrolled in the Destination Clic program) into the Glendon residences is strictly prohibited, with the exception of designated move-in and move-out days. During these times, guests are allowed only in common areas, not within individual residence spaces.

The $250.00 security deposit ensures that Destination Clic participants will be held accountable to cover any of the damages or losses outlined below to the York University campuses or residences, including those of the Glendon Campus.

4.1.^*
Any damages, lost property, or unnecessary service costs caused by an Destination Clic participant to the residences of York University, including those on the Glendon Campus, through neglect, accident or intent will be charged to the Destination Clic participant(s) involved.

4.2.^*
Where two Destination Clic participants occupy the same room in the residence buildings and responsibility for damage or loss in the room is attributed to both participants, the cost of damage or loss will be divided and assessed equally between the two bursary participants occupying the room.

4.3.^*
Where damage or loss occurs in the common areas of York University campuses, including the Glendon Campus, and the blame rests on the Destination Clic participants, the cost of damage or loss will be divided and assessed equally among all the Destination Clic participants, or those residing on specific floors, and deducted from their deposits if the assessed amount is less than $250.00 per participant. If the amount exceeds $250.00, participants will be billed for the difference. No issuing of final program certificates or transfer of files to other universities will be done until all money is collected.

Unpaid costs for any lost, damaged, unreturned or incorrectly numbered residence room keys or residence access cards will be withheld from the $250.00 security deposit.

The $250.00 security deposit will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment, provided no damage has occurred. Due to internal daily transaction and refund limits, please allow 8 to 12 weeks post-program for reimbursements to be processed.

Curfew must always be respected and followed by participants. All participants must be in their assigned residence room by no later than 10PM Sunday to Saturday.

5.1.^*
If a participant is not in their assigned residence room by the designated 10PM curfew time, Destination Clic and security staff will first attempt to contact the participant and, if necessary, conduct a search of the campus. In the event that a participant cannot be located, parents and/or guardians will be notified, and Toronto Police Services will be contacted.

Quiet Hours (Sunday to Saturday from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) will be monitored and enforced by overnight staff. Participants who fail to comply with these hours may face disciplinary action, which could include possible dismissal from the residence if persistent noise disturbances occur.

Safety and Security Conditions

1.^*
The safety and well-being of all participants in the Glendon Destination Clic Program are of utmost importance. To ensure a secure and comfortable environment during their stay, Destination Clic participants will abide by the safety and security protocols are in place at the Wood Residence and Hilliard Residence.
1.1.^*
Both the Wood and Hilliard Residence buildings are equipped with locked exterior entrances at all times. Participants will have access to the building only through their residence access key cards, which are provided on move-in day. These key cards will grant entry to their assigned residence. Participants must always carry their key cards to ensure they can enter the building and must always carry their room key to enter their room. Lost or stolen key cards must be reported immediately to program staff and/or housing staff for replacement and re-keying if necessary.
1.2.^*
If participants leave their rooms unlocked for any period, Glendon Destination Clic or Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services will not be held responsible for any lost and/or stolen items.
1.3.^*
York University Campus Security provides surveillance and monitoring of the campus 24/7 through campus patrols. Security personnel are available to respond to emergencies through first-aid, monitor the campus buildings and surrounding areas, and help when necessary. They are trained to liaise with program staff in case of any urgent issues that require the escort of emergency services. 1.4.^*
Overnight supervision will be stationed in each of the Glendon residences. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all participants stay in their assigned rooms after curfew and that all participants are accounted for throughout the duration of the night.
1.5.^*
If a participant needs to leave their assigned floor or residence house for any reason, the Destination Clic staff member on duty will be contacted by the overnight supervision staff. The Destination Clic staff member on duty will ensure that participants move safely and responsibly within the building.
1.6.^*
Destination Clic staff will be residing in the Glendon residences alongside the participants, and are available to assist participants at all times. At the beginning of the program, participants will be provided with an on-call phone number, giving them access to an Destination Clic staff member 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
2.^*
Surveillance cameras are installed in the lobbies of both Wood and Hilliard Residences. Due to privacy laws, no cameras are stationed in common areas of residence such as common rooms, hallways, or washrooms.
3.^*
In the event of an emergency (e.g., fire, medical issue, or security threat), York University Campus Security will respond immediately. Explore program staff will assist Campus Security in managing the situation, ensuring all participants' safety, and facilitating evacuation procedures if necessary. Participants will be briefed on emergency exits, fire alarms, and evacuation routes upon arrival at the program.
4.^*
Cleaning staff will be present on weekdays to maintain the cleanliness of the residence. This includes changing bed sheets (once a week), and pillowcases (once a week), also ensuring the overall cleanliness of the common areas including bathrooms.
4.1.^*
If external cleaning services are required due to extenuating circumstances related to the cleanliness of common spaces caused by Destination Clic participants (such as bathrooms), an additional cleaning fee may be charged. This fee will be deducted from the security deposits of the participants who share and are responsible for maintaining that common area.
4.2.^*
Participants are responsible for disposing of their garbage and recycling. Each participant must take their garbage and recycling to the designated disposal areas within the residence. Cleaning staff will not be responsible for removing garbage from individual rooms.
4.3.^*
It is expected that participants will keep their rooms in a reasonably clean and tidy condition throughout their stay. Any issues with cleanliness or maintenance in individual rooms should be reported promptly to Glendon Destination Clic or Glendon Housing & Ancillary Services staff.

Most activities in the Destination Clic program are compulsory and supervised. However, some free time has been planned in the schedule. It is expected that all Destination Clic Program participants remain on campus at all times.
The Destination Clic program allows for participants to be signed out by a parent or guardian during their free time. We ask that arrangements be made with the Glendon Destination Clic Office a minimum of two business days before the day of sign-out. In addition, the parent or guardian must come to the office during office hours (before 5:00pm) to sign out their child. The participant can sign themself back in upon arrival back on campus by signing in at the office and with the monitor-on-duty.
The Destination Clic program at Glendon Campus, York University prohibits these minors from leaving the campus grounds without the supervision of monitors or teachers. All participants are therefore required to respect the curfew schedule (10:00 PM Sunday to Saturday. The Destination Clic program is not responsible for any events or accidents that may occur off campus.
